Travel Rate: Rescue charter rates begin at $3200 generally covering flat-rate costs for a minimum of 20-25 dogs or cats starting at 2000 miles for round trip service.

Basically you are booking a van for your rescue needs for exclusive non shared travel rates. Consult required for this service.

Payment Policies

For the South/North shared rescue transport service, we require full payment by Wednesday of the week of transportation. Failure to make payment in full by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of your reservation. We highly recommend submitting your payment ahead of time to ensure your spot on the transport.

Payment Methods

We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, ZELLE, Cash App, Venmo, PayPal. Please contact our customer service team for further details on specific payment options available.

Refund Policy

Customers will be eligible for a refund of 75% of the booking fee in case of customer cancellation. If the cancellation is made by the company or there are any unforeseen circumstances that lead to the cancellation of the customer’s reservation, a full refund of the booking fee will be issued within 24 hours.
